Unfortunately, Sydney Fast Ferries does not offer a refund on any tickets or TravelTen cards.
However, we have designed our travelcards to avoid the need for a refund system. As they have no expiry date or personal ownership, our customers can use their additional trips whenever it suits them, or transfer ownership to another party.
Each TravelTen card has a unique serial number, written on the back of the card. This number can be used to track use of lost or stolen cards.
Please record this serial number when purchasing your TravelTen Card, and then inform us if your card is lost or stolen. We are then able to cancel the card and provide you with a replacement.
