How do I know how many trips my travelten card has remaining?
To find out how many trips your card has remaining on your travelten card ask our staff or look on our ticketing machines as you swipe for a reading on the LCD screen.
I have lost my card, how can I ensure that I am refunded my trips?
When you purchase your travelten card take note of the 6 digit card number on the rear and keep this in a safe place. This is your personal card number that will allow us to cancel your card in the event of any loss.
We will do our best to ensure that all trips are transferred to your new card but can not be held liable for card loss or stolen card.
What services are classed as peak?
Peak service are all morning services departing from Manly and all services departing Circular Quay in the afternoon/evening. For fare prices please click here.
What services are classed as counter peak?
Counter peak services are all morning services departing from Circular Quay and all services departing Manly in the afternoon/evening. For fare prices please click here .
Can I use my multipass on the Sydney Fast Ferries?
No, the multipass cards are for travel on public transport only. Sydney Fast Ferries is a private company.

Can I use my Manly Fast Ferry on the Sydney Fast Ferries?
No, Manly Fast Ferries and Sydney Fast Ferries are two separate companies.

I've lost my travel card, can I get a replacement?
Unfortunately not, however, if you can leave us your contact details and approximately how many rides were left on the card we can contact you if a matching card is handed in to us.

Can I use my peak card at off peak travel time?
Yes, however, you will be deducted the peak fare.

Can I pay for beverages at the bar with my travel card?
No, the system is not in place yet, however, you will receive a discount if you present your travel card at the bar.
Additional discounts and special offers are also available at other venues in Manly and Circular Quay.

How many vessels do you operate?
We operate two vessels, MV Palm Cat and MV Maggie Cat.

Are the ferries available for private hire?
Yes outside of our regular operating hours they may be available for private functions. Please contact head office for further details.

How frequently do the ferries depart?
Typically they depart every 20 to 25 minutes during operational hours, but please refer to our timetable for the specific schedule.

How many passengers can your boats hold?
Our boats are registered to carry 300 passengers.
