We know how frustrating it can
be when you leave your phone or bag on the boat. That's why we ensure that the
boat is thoroughly checked after each journey, and any mislaid items are stored
for safekeeping until they can be returned to their rightful owners.
We have also developed a
system to avoid misuse of lost or stolen TravelTen cards. Each card has a
unique serial number, written on the back. This number can be used to track
use of lost or stolen cards.
Please record this serial
number when purchasing your TravelTen Card, and inform us of the number if your
card is lost or stolen. We are then able to cancel the card and provide you
with a replacement.

Likewise, if you have found or
accidentally picked up someone else's belongings on board, please hand them in
to a member of staff, or contact us using the above details.

always try our best to locate property and return it to our passengers Sydney
Fast Ferries cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property on
board.
